INSTRUCTION Harbin Scientific Research and Design Institute of Environmental Protection is a professional environmental research and designing department which is under the jurisdiction of Harbin Environmental Protection Bureau. Our main task is as follows: scientific research of environmental protection ; the environment impact assessment of construction project ; bringing the environmental pollution under control and developing the products of environmental protection. It has successfully been finished , since our institute was founded , that much engineering of bringing the environmental pollution under control and many works of environment impact assessment.
